A small, busy Ganesh temple on the eastern flank of Machhla Magra hill — much loved by local students before exams. The shrine itself is unremarkable architecturally, but the elevated location gives a nice view down over the southern end of Lake Pichola.
Worth a stop if you are walking up the hill to Karni Mata. Best on Wednesdays, the traditional day of Ganesh worship, when the priests perform extended aarti and the temple fills with families.
