A formally laid out garden on the south side of Shakarparian, planted with over 250 varieties of rose and a long pergola of jasmine. The garden hosts the annual Rose & Jasmine Festival in late March, when the early blooms are at their best and the city's gardeners compete for prizes.
It is small enough for a forty-minute walk around. Free entry; quietest in the early morning.
