Sihzihwan Beach

Sihzihwan Beach curves along the coast below Shoushan, with views toward Cijin and the red-brick university buildings above the shore. It has been a local leisure spot since the Japanese colonial period, and today it is best used as a sunset stop rather than a full beach day.

People come to sit on the sea wall with snacks, watch windsurfers when conditions are right, or climb to the nearby observation deck. Combine it with the Former British Consulate at Takao or a walk around Hamasen.
