Paulanerkirche is a 17th-century Baroque church in Wieden, close to several of Vienna's better-known central sights. Its modest exterior opens into a period church interior that gives a quieter counterpoint to nearby Karlskirche and the Ringstrasse monuments.
It is a short stop rather than a destination by itself, but worthwhile if you are already exploring the neighborhood.
