A small but eye-catching twisting nine-storey tower by Frank Gehry, finished in 2001 for the local NORD/LB bank's holding company. The Gehry Tower is wrapped in shimmering stainless-steel panels that taper and torque as the building rises — a piece of pure Gehry sculpture in among the post-war boxes of the Goseriede.
It is privately owned and not open to the public. The exterior is the point, best photographed from across the street near the Kestnergesellschaft.
