A free glass-walled elevator dropping 71 metres from the Pescatore park on the old town rim to the Pfaffenthal valley below. The cabin opens onto a viewing platform that juts out from the cliff — alarming if you don't like heights, spectacular if you don't mind them.
The lift cuts a 20-minute walk between the Haute Ville and the Alzette valley to about three minutes. From the bottom, a footbridge and the Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg funicular let you continue to the EU quarter without ever taking a bus. Open daily, free.
