The reliable address for traditional Luxembourgish cooking in the heart of the old town. Located in a former tower near the Marché-aux-Poissons, it serves Judd mat Gaardebounen (the national dish — smoked pork collar with broad beans), Bouneschlupp (bean soup), and Kniddelen (suet dumplings) without irony or modernist garnish.
Mains around €20–30, set lunch much cheaper. Reservations advisable in summer.
