The cluster of skyscrapers immediately west of the Yeltsin Center — Iset, Vysotsky and a handful of others — is the Yekaterinburg-City business district. At 188 metres, Iset is the tallest building between Moscow and Vladivostok.
The Vysotsky tower has a public observation deck on the 52nd floor with sweeping views of the city, the surrounding lakes and, on a clear day, the line of the Ural ridge. The viewing platform is the highest publicly accessible point in any Russian city east of Moscow.
