Cementerio General de Valencia

Cementerio General de Valencia has been in use since 1807 and is more interesting than a routine city cemetery. Its mausoleums, funerary sculpture, and notable burials include members of the Benlliure artistic family, painter Joaquín Sorolla, and writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.

Visitors who enjoy cemetery walks can follow themed routes through the grounds; a local app gives grave locations and background, though mainly in Spanish and Valencian.
