The Robert Taft Memorial and Carillon stands north of the Capitol, with a bronze statue of the Ohio senator set before a tall bell tower. The 27-bell carillon rings on the quarter-hour, which makes it more noticeable than many of the smaller memorials around Capitol Hill.
It is a quick stop while walking between Union Station, the Capitol, and the Supreme Court.
