A long-running family-run parrilla a couple of blocks from Plaza San Martín, the kind of place where waiters wear ties and everyone seems to know everyone else. The menu is classic Argentine — entrails, sausages, chops, with the parrillada mixta for two as the safe bet.
A more old-fashioned dining room than most of Nueva Córdoba's newer places. Good for a sense of how Argentines have eaten out for a century.
