A simple comedor specialising in Andean food from north-west Argentina — empanadas salteñas (juicier and spicier than the Córdoba kind), tamales, humitas, locro, and slow-cooked goat. Plastic tablecloths, lots of regulars, no airs.
A good cheap dinner if you have not eaten Argentine food beyond steak. Lunch is the busiest meal; the menú del día is a bargain.
