Carrer Petritxol is a narrow old street off Placa del Pi, loved for its chocolate shops and small art galleries. Sala Pares, one of Barcelona's historic galleries, helped give the street its artistic reputation, while tiled scenes on the walls add another reason to slow down as you walk through the Gothic Quarter.
