Tower Theater

The Tower Theater is one of Calle Ocho's clearest Art Deco landmarks, with a neon-lit facade that has watched over Little Havana since the 1920s. It became especially important to Miami's Cuban community by screening films with Spanish subtitles and serving as a cultural meeting point for new arrivals.

Even when there is no screening, the theater is worth a look while walking Calle Ocho for its restored marquee and its place in the neighborhood's immigrant history.
