The Warren Anatomical Museum is a small medical-history collection inside Harvard Medical School's Countway Library of Medicine. Its best-known exhibit is the skull of Phineas Gage, whose survival after a severe brain injury became a landmark case in neuroscience, alongside anatomical specimens, teaching tools, and 19th-century medical instruments.
