Saras Baug is a landscaped garden built around the Talyatla Ganapati temple, a Ganesh shrine set on what was once an island in a lake. The temple dates from the Peshwa period, and the grounds are a popular evening walk close to Parvati Hill.
The food stalls outside the garden are known locally for snacks such as pav bhaji and bhel puri.
