A well-preserved merchant house on Tran Phu Street, built in the mid-19th century and once owned by a family of scholars and traders. The interior blends Vietnamese and Chinese architectural elements: heavy carved wood, a skywell open to the street, and a rear courtyard. The ground floor now sells silk and handicrafts, but the upper storey and family quarters give a good sense of how wealthy Old Town merchants lived.
