The Three Brothers

The Three Brothers are Riga's oldest surviving dwelling houses, a tight row of medieval and early modern buildings in the Old Town. Their different façades make a quick lesson in how the city changed from Gothic merchant houses to later Baroque domestic architecture.

One of the houses contains a small architecture museum and changing exhibits about Latvia. Even if you do not go inside, the group is worth a stop while walking between the cathedral and the castle.
