Kyrlay is a city amusement park on the Kazanka River side of central Kazan. Its rides are aimed mostly at families, but the Ferris wheel is the reason many visitors come: from the top, you get a broad view back toward the Kazan Kremlin, the river, and the modern skyline.
It works best as a light stop after seeing the Kremlin embankment, especially with children or on a clear evening.
