Bukak Palgakjung is an observation pavilion on Mt. Bukak, north of central Seoul. The draw is the broad view over the city, especially after dark when the palace district and downtown towers light up below.
It is a simple stop, but a good one if you want a quieter skyline view away from the busiest central sights.
