Culture Station Seoul 284 occupies the former Seoul Station building, completed in 1925 during the Japanese colonial period. After the modern KTX station opened, the old station was restored and reopened in 2011 as an exhibition and culture centre. Its pre-modern railway architecture stands out among the newer glass towers around Seoul Station.
