Yeouido Hangang Park is one of Seoul's busiest Han River parks, with riverside paths, open lawns, skyline views, and easy access from Yeouinaru station. It is a good place to see how locals use the riverfront, especially on warm evenings.
The park is best known to visitors as the main site of the Seoul International Fireworks Festival, usually held in October. Outside festival time, it works well as a relaxed stop before or after nearby 63 Building.
