People's Park, or Nepliget, is one of Budapest's largest public parks. It has broad lawns, mature trees, paths, statues, and monuments, with a quieter feel than the better-known City Park.
It is not the city's top park for first-time visitors, but it is a worthwhile green break if you are nearby or want to see a less polished part of Budapest's public landscape.
