White Hill is a prehistoric settlement mound east of central Belgrade, associated with layers of Neolithic occupation. The low hill is not a showy monument, but guided visits can make the site meaningful for travellers interested in early Balkan history.
It is a deliberate side trip rather than a casual city-centre stop, and works best with some background on the Vinca culture.
