Blue-Sky Mausoleum is a Frank Lloyd Wright design in Buffalo's Forest Lawn Cemetery, realised decades after Wright first planned it. The low stone terraces and open sky setting make it feel less like a conventional mausoleum than a small architectural meditation on landscape and memory.
It is best treated as part of a Forest Lawn visit rather than a standalone trip across town. For architecture followers, though, it adds one more Wright stop to a city already rich in his work.
