Hamlin Park Historic District

Hamlin Park Historic District is one of Buffalo's best-preserved East Side residential areas, with streets lined by Craftsman, Bungalow, and American Foursquare houses from the early 20th century. It is listed on national and local historic registers and is especially valued for the scale and continuity of its streetscape.

The area is best seen on foot or by a slow drive. Look for the older northern streets laid out with a more park-like curve, the later southern grid, and the Stone Farmhouse on Hedley Place, one of the few surviving rural houses inside the city.
