An open public plaza on the north side of the city built around the Planetario de Medellín, the city public library, and the EAFIT university extension. Free outdoor films on Tuesday nights in good weather, public lectures, music recitals on weekends. The square's name — "Park of Wishes" — comes from a permanent installation of astronomical instruments and a sundial at its centre.
A good marker of the urban revival of this part of the city, alongside Parque Explora and the Jardín Botánico immediately around it.
