Karpoš's Rebellion Square marks the approach from central Skopje into the Old Bazaar, just beyond the Stone Bridge. Its large statue and fountain are part of the city's heavy-handed monumental landscape, but the square is useful as a landmark and a stop on a walk between the riverfront and Stara Čaršija.
