The world's largest collection of Don Quixote-inspired art: more than eight hundred paintings, sculptures, ceramics, and prints from across four centuries and twenty countries, all depicting Cervantes's knight. Works by Dalí, Picasso, Daumier, and Pedro Coronel hang alongside contemporary Mexican artists. The collection grew out of Guanajuato's long association with Cervantes, capped by the annual Festival Cervantino.
