Templo de San Diego

A small but exquisitely carved Churrigueresque church on the Jardín de la Unión, with a façade of pink cantera stone that has been described as the most refined piece of carving in the city. The interior is plainer than the façade suggests but holds a good collection of colonial paintings. Free.
