A protected bay about 30 km south of Hurghada with crystal-clear water and a house reef that begins in shallow water — you can wade in from the beach and immediately find yourself surrounded by colorful reef fish. It's far less crowded than Giftun Island and one of the best spots on this stretch of coast for independent snorkeling. Accessible by taxi or organized day trips from Hurghada.
