The Fuji TV Building is one of Odaiba's most recognisable landmarks, with a metallic globe suspended in its high-tech frame. The building is more interesting as architecture than as a studio tour unless you follow Japanese television closely.
The main reason to go inside is the upper-level viewpoint, which gives broad views over Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. It works well as a short stop while walking around Odaiba.
