Tokyo International Forum is a large concert, convention, and exhibition complex beside Yurakucho Station. Even without an event ticket, the glass-and-steel atrium is worth a look for its ship-like form and long elevated walkways.
On weekdays the surrounding plaza often has lunch trucks, and the building works well as a quick architectural stop between Marunouchi, Ginza, and the Imperial Palace area.
