Tokyo City View is the observation deck in Roppongi Hills, about 250 metres above sea level. The view is wide, urban, and especially strong around sunset, with Tokyo Tower, Shinjuku, and on clear days Mount Fuji in the distance. Admission is often paired with the Mori Art Museum.
