A linear park running along the Ankhor Canal that bisects central Tashkent, connecting Independence Square to the old town. Shade trees, pedestrian bridges, fountains, and benches. The path is around six kilometres in total and is the easiest place in the city for a long walk.
Particularly pleasant in the cool of the early morning or after dark in summer. Joggers and cyclists own it before 8 AM; families come out in the evenings. The park passes close to the Minor Mosque and the TV Tower.
