Chinese Pavilion

The Chinese Pavilion is part of the Museums of the Far East complex near Laeken, built under Leopold II after the completion of the nearby Japanese Tower. Its design mixes European structure with Chinese-inspired decoration, and the pavilion sits within a Chinese garden.

The interior has been closed for renovation, so check the current status before planning a museum visit. Even when closed, the exterior is an unusual architectural stop if you are already in the Atomium and Laeken area.
