The Church of Our Lady of Laeken is a neo-Gothic church closely tied to the Belgian royal family, many of whom are buried in the royal crypt below. Its 74-metre tower is a landmark in northern Brussels, visible from well beyond Laeken.
Inside, look for religious sculpture, stained glass, and the sense of a church that is both parish and royal memorial. It pairs naturally with the Atomium, Royal Greenhouses area, or a wider look at Brussels beyond the Grand-Place.
