The Pioneer Trolley is a free open-air trolley ride around Temple Square and the surrounding blocks, with a guide narrating the key historic sites along the route. Six stops allow passengers to hop on and off. It runs Monday through Saturday, 10am to 4pm during the summer months only.
While the 15-minute circuit is modest, it provides a useful orientation for first-time visitors, particularly those who have limited time but want to understand the layout of the Temple Square complex and adjacent historic buildings.
