The Warsaw Photography Museum (Muzeum Fotografii) occupies a renovated 19th-century building in Muranów and holds the largest public photography collection in Poland — over 22,000 works spanning the history of the medium from daguerreotypes to contemporary photography. The permanent collection includes major Polish photographers alongside significant international names.
The rotating exhibition programme is one of the best in Warsaw — large-format shows drawn from the collection or loaned from international institutions. The building's renovation has been praised as one of the finest in Warsaw's recent wave of cultural refurbishments.
