Campo de Cahuenga

Campo de Cahuenga is a small reconstructed adobe near Universal City with an outsized place in California history. The Treaty of Cahuenga was signed here in 1847, helping end fighting in California during the Mexican-American War. Exhibits also cover the site's later use as a stagecoach stop and Civil War-era encampment.
