Culver Studios

Culver Studios is one of Culver City's classic film landmarks, founded in 1919 and long associated with Hollywood's studio era. Its white colonial-style mansion is the part most visitors recognise, especially from old Selznick productions.

This is a working studio rather than a museum, so the appeal is mostly architectural and cinematic atmosphere from the street. It is best seen as part of a Culver City walk, especially if you are interested in the film industry beyond the usual Hollywood Boulevard sights.
