The Geffen Contemporary is MOCA's Little Tokyo outpost, housed in a former warehouse near the Japanese American National Museum. Its large industrial spaces are used for installations and exhibitions that need more room than the museum's Grand Avenue building can provide.
Admission arrangements usually follow MOCA's main ticketing, so it works best as part of a Downtown Los Angeles art day rather than as a stand-alone museum plan.
