New Majestic is a 1924 former cinema in central Bandung designed by Wolff Schoemaker, one of the architects who gave the city much of its distinctive colonial-era modern architecture. The building has been reused as a restaurant and occasional performance venue, but the facade still makes it part of the historic streetscape around Asia-Afrika.
It is a quick architecture stop rather than a full attraction. Look for it while walking between the Asia-Afrika heritage buildings and Braga Street.
