One of the three surviving Romanesque rotundas in Prague — tiny round chapels, 11th–12th century, once a common form across Bohemia. This one sits in the quiet Vyšehrad fortress park on the bluff above the Vltava, south of the Old Town. A visit combines well with the neighbouring Vyšehrad cemetery (where Dvořák and Smetana are buried) and the views over the river. A peaceful half-day away from the tourist crush of Old Town.
