Aquarium Boka, a couple of kilometres north of the old town in the suburb of Dobrota, is a small but well-presented public aquarium focused on the marine life of the Bay of Kotor itself — grouper, scorpionfish, octopus, sea horses, and the various rays that move through the bay seasonally.
The labelling is bilingual (Montenegrin and English) and the tone is more educational than spectacular. Good for an hour with children or on a rainy afternoon. Bus 1 from the old town runs past every 15 minutes; entry is around €5.
