Quartiere Coppede is a small group of early 20th-century blocks mixing Liberty, Art Nouveau, medieval and fantasy details. The result is one of Rome's stranger architectural corners, far removed from the city's classical image.
It is a good short detour for architecture fans, especially when combined with Villa Borghese or the Parioli area.
