Built between 107 and 110 AD, this is considered the world's first shopping mall -- a semicircular complex of warehouses, offices, and shops where wine, oil, vegetables, and other goods were sold. Two large halls hosted lectures and concerts. Located on the Via dei Fori Imperiali at the opposite end from the Colosseum.
