Töölönlahti is the bay and parkland just north of central Helsinki, framed by Finlandia Hall, the National Opera, and the railway tracks into the city centre. It is one of the easiest places in Helsinki to step from major civic buildings into open water and trees.
The loop around the bay is popular for walking and jogging, and parts of the shore are left surprisingly natural for such a central place. It works well as a gentle route between Oodi, the Music Centre, Finlandia Hall, and the Töölö side of the city.
