Hesed VeRahamim Synagogue is a small but handsome synagogue in the Nachlaot area, built in 1925. Its main draw is the decorated interior, especially the painted ceiling, with carved metalwork on the outer doors adding a quiet detail before you step inside.
This is not a large monument, but it fits well into a walk through Nachlaot and Mahane Yehuda, where small synagogues, courtyards, markets, and residential lanes sit close together. Be respectful if services or community events are taking place.
