The Tomb of Simon the Just is an ancient cave tomb traditionally associated with Simeon the Just, a Jewish high priest of the Second Temple period. It remains an active pilgrimage and prayer site, particularly around Lag BaOmer.
The site is modest, but it adds useful depth to a visit north of the Old City and the Rockefeller Archaeological Museum.
